Clements Ribeiro Now

Inacio Ribeiro re-introduces the iconic brand he founded in the 90's with wife Suzanne Clements.

The collection is developed in partnership with Barrie Knitwear, Scotland, part of the Chanel group and suppliers to Chanel and Hermes.

Multicoloured diagonal stripes and chevrons dominate the range, expanding on the brand's signature vocabulary, expertly combining over 60 different colours across all the styles.

Clements Ribeiro Then

Clements Ribeiro was founded in 1994 by husband and wife
designers Inacio Ribeiro and Suzanne Clements.

Renown for their eclectic style, unique colours and prints as well as their cashemere designs, Clements Ribeiro dominated London Fashion week for over a decade.

Stocked in over 250 of the most exclusive stores all over the world, the designers dressed inumerable celebrities, including Adele, Beyonce, Nicole Kidman, Florence Welch, Marion Cotillard...

Between 2000 to 2007 Clements Ribeiro revived the French house
of Cacharel, re-stablishing the brand as an international force through youthful reimagining and spectacular shows in Paris.

Barrie Knitwear

Founded in 1903 in the Borders, Barrie is one of the oldest
cashmere mills in Scotland. Over generations Barrie elevated
the standards of knitted cashmere to irreproachable levels of quality and durability. Combining technology and traditional skills, Barrie Knitwear executes garments of great complexity that look effortless and last for generations.

Barrie Knitwear has been manufacturing cashmere knitwear for Chanel for decades, being acquired by the brand in 2008. Clements Ribeiro is the only independent luxury brand entirely produce by the mill.
