  • Complimentary Returns and Exchanges on all orders

  • Signatures will be required for UK deliveries. If you are not available for delivery, a card will be left by the carrier for you to rearrange delivery.

USA AND CANADA

  • DHL Standard Shipping: Free shipping including duties and taxes

  • Complementary Returns and Exchanges

  • Duties and taxes included on return shipments

  • For EU orders, unfortunately, due to Brexit, returns including duties and taxes are NOT included, therefore it's the responsibility of the customer to cover the costs of returning or exchanging goods within our 14 return policy.

REST OF WORLD

  • Customs and duties may apply to the order. Any duties payable will be the customer's sole responsibility and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.
